Provides academic, daily living, social-emotional, self-care, and mobility support to school-age students with developmental disabilities under a special education teacher’s guidance. Works toward IEP goals, records daily progress data, teaches independence and community living skills, and supports transitions to adult life. The role is part-time, Monday through Friday, and requires empathy, adaptability, dependable transportation, and collaboration.

Provide direct support to an individual with developmental disabilities: assist with daily living, medication administration, meal planning, transport, reinforce therapies, complete web-based documentation, and use behavioral interventions to ensure safety and dignity.

Coordinates residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and elevated support needs. Monitors care plans, behavioral supports, safety risks, incidents, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Coaches and trains residential staff, supports hiring and performance management, reviews referrals, safeguards individual funds, and responds to behavioral, medical, and safety emergencies. Provides on-call crisis consultation and collaborates with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to promote person-centered services and positive outcomes.
