Partner with leadership to manage employee relations for direct care staff: investigate complaints, advise on performance and discipline, develop policies, lead trainings, analyze trends, and ensure legal compliance while supporting organizational change.

Under supervision of a Special Education teacher, support school-age students with IEPs by delivering targeted academic, daily living, and social/emotional support, assisting with self-care and mobility, recording IEP goal data, and helping students transition to independent adult living through classroom and community experiences.

Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including personal care, meal prep, transporting to programs, administering medications, reinforcing therapies, documenting services, and performing safety interventions. Work evening shifts and every-other-weekend schedules.
