Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HRIS and payroll coordination, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement for ~100 employees. Serve as trusted advisor, mentor HR staff, and drive HR initiatives alongside CHRO and managers.

Lead all financial strategy, planning, and accounting for a fintech broker-dealer. Oversee regulatory reporting (FOCUS), net capital, compliance with FINRA/SEC, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, and a finance team. Advise the CEO and executive team to drive growth and ensure long-term financial health.

Manage payroll and employee benefits for ~100 employees using ADP and HRIS. Process enrollments, payroll, tax filings, ACA reporting, onboarding support, and partner with vendors and HR to maintain accurate records and implement culture-building programs.

Lead design vision for a structured-notes platform: translate complex financial products into advisor-focused workflows, run discovery and user research, own end-to-end journeys, derive insights from session analytics (Fullstory), create wireframes/prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, maintain the design system, and collaborate with product, engineering, trading, sales, and compliance to deliver scalable fintech experiences.
