The Regional Vice President oversees business development and client relations in a region, executing sales strategies and collaborating with various teams to achieve growth targets.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, HRIS and payroll coordination, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement for ~100 employees. Serve as trusted advisor, mentor HR staff, and drive HR initiatives alongside CHRO and managers.

Record and reconcile daily cash and accounts receivable, prepare month-end reconciliations and accruals, manage client invoicing and credit card/T&E reviews, support month-end and annual close, and assist with audits and regulatory examinations.
