It gives me purpose to be a part of a company whose mission it is to make investing an easier experience for everyone. Access to protective investments has been a hurdle in retirement planning. We’ve solved for that. I am making a difference at Halo!

I enjoy working at Halo where there is a collaborative environment with all voices being heard. We have healthy dialogues that result in good decisions, knowing, at the end of the day, we are all working towards the same goal.

Halo operates a relatively flat organization. Any ideas to improve our product, a new initiative, or client experience are always welcomed. Working with clients on a daily basis, I regularly present welcomed feedback to the product team to help shape the direction of Halo's technology.
