Lead the global documentation system, maintaining controlled documents, revision histories, templates, and archives in compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements. Support migration to an electronic quality platform, quality-system process improvements, user training, audits, corrective actions, reporting, and change management. Collaborate with Quality and operational teams to ensure documentation is created, reviewed, approved, and accessible. Travel up to 20% for projects and onboarding.

Designs preliminary water treatment processes and UF/NF/RO packages, prepares estimates, bills of materials, technical proposals, process drawings, and control documentation. Collaborates with sales and engineering teams, selects treatment equipment, supports projects and installations, conducts process audits, analyzes costs, and improves treatment technologies. The role requires membrane filtration expertise, regulatory knowledge, client presentations, and travel to project sites.

Serve as the functional lead for IFS-focused ERP systems, translating business requirements into configurations and enhancements. Support daily operations, troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, configure workflows and roles, and assist with upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement. Maintain system documentation, train end users, and collaborate with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to improve business processes and ERP adoption.

Assembles pipes, equipment, instruments, valves, and frame structures; glues PVC assemblies; measures, cuts, drills, and taps steel and PVC; cuts and threads stainless steel pipe; maintains quality, safety, cleanliness, and project timelines. The role requires technical-plan reading, independent multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.

Manage daily wastewater treatment plant operations, regulatory compliance, treatment performance, maintenance coordination, records, inspections, emergency response, employee supervision, training, and safety enforcement. The role requires monitoring treatment and laboratory data, troubleshooting equipment, adjusting processes, supporting audits, and ensuring operational standards are met.

Coordinates HR, payroll, administrative, and project support for Western Canada water treatment operations, including FIFO field environments. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, payroll and benefits support, travel and site rotation coordination, compliance tracking, expense and invoice processing, reporting, data entry, audits, and systems administration. The role also supports project managers, client billing, procurement, fleet maintenance tracking, and regulatory documentation.

Build, maintain, and expand national and international distributor relationships for UV water treatment equipment. Identify market and growth opportunities, provide technical and commercial guidance, develop commercial plans, track turnover targets, analyze competition, collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams, and regularly visit distributors, customers, and trade fairs.

Serves as the primary HR contact for the U.S. entity, managing HR operations, employee relations, lifecycle processes, leave administration, compliance, benefits, and payroll coordination. Advises managers on performance, investigations, discipline, terminations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Supports recruitment, HR program deployment, policy consistency, and process improvements across multiple U.S. locations while promoting company culture and employee experience.

Drive regional sales of water and wastewater treatment chemicals, consumables, parts, and services across municipal and industrial sectors. Expand the customer base through conferences, technical presentations, lunch-and-learns, and client meetings. Conduct pre-tender project-site evaluations, collaborate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and suppliers, and achieve annual revenue objectives. The role requires technical water-treatment knowledge, strong communication skills, autonomy, and 40–60% travel.

Provides strategic financial leadership for operations in Spain and Chile, overseeing accounting, payroll, tax, treasury, compliance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Partners with local and corporate teams, manages auditors and financial institutions, improves and automates finance processes, leads cross-border activities, mentors the finance team, manages risk, and supports integrations, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.
