Manage water and wastewater treatment projects from contract signature through engineering, procurement, manufacturing, shipping, installation, commissioning, startup, and client training. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, process engineering, production, service, finance, and client teams. Ensure technical and financial performance, quality, schedules, safety, and customer satisfaction while supporting multiple membrane-technology projects. Travel domestically and internationally 10–15% of the time.

Program PLCs and HMIs, analyze user needs, design automated systems from technical schematics, test and deploy installations at client sites, create technical documentation, and troubleshoot or upgrade automation systems.

Coordinates administrative activities for the quality team, including controlled-document management, revision tracking, electronic quality-system migration, audit preparation, corrective-action follow-up, reporting, training records, meetings, and process improvements. Provides first-level system support and maintains health, safety, and environmental records. The role supports the company’s ISO 9001 certification journey and requires strong organization, attention to detail, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and approximately 20% travel within Canada and the United States.
