Designs and develops water and wastewater treatment systems, including equipment skid layouts, 3D drawings, hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, PFDs, equipment specifications, and engineering documentation. Selects pumps, valves, blowers, instruments, and construction materials while ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Collaborates with project managers, clients, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and commissioning teams across multiple projects.

Program PLCs and HMIs, analyze user needs, develop programming plans, design automated systems, test and deploy installations at client sites, create technical documentation, and troubleshoot or upgrade automation systems.

Lead quality systems for the Water Technologies & Services division, with emphasis on supplier performance, inspection processes, non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and operational improvement. Collaborate across engineering, operations, projects, service, sales, and supply chain to reduce risk, improve quality and margins, standardize processes, and prepare the division for ISO 9001 certification. The role is based in Ramsey, Minnesota with hybrid flexibility and travel to Canada as needed.
