Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex physical trading contracts in oil, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

The Cloud Engineer manages and optimizes Microsoft Azure environments, implements governance policies, automates provisioning, and integrates cloud resources.

Coordinate and execute diluent and crude scheduling across Canadian and cross-border pipelines, manage nominations, inventory, and reconciliations, monitor constraints and outages, support traders and commercial optimization, develop contingency plans, and provide backup Canadian crude scheduling and on-call operational support.

Support day-to-day scheduling and nominations across U.S. power markets (ERCOT, PJM, CAISO, MISO). Assist with real-time and day-ahead schedules, coordinate with ISOs/RTOs and internal teams, maintain ETRM data accuracy, support new business setup, and participate in out-of-hours rota after training.

Some international travel required.

Manage and optimize the Group's global insurance programs and captive allocation, handle claims and renewals, advise business units on insurance and risk clauses, run RFPs, promote loss prevention, produce budget and insurance reporting, and monitor insurance market developments for oil & gas and commodity trading.

Support the deal life-cycle for commodity trades: validate and issue contracts from templates, ensure ETRM trade data matches contracts, verify broker confirmations and counterparty contracts, escalate discrepancies, interact with counterparties and stakeholders, and maintain contractual records.

The Regional Head of Anti-Bribery and Corruption Compliance oversees compliance processes related to ABC, implements strategies, conducts risk assessments, and leads a team of compliance officers across the EMEA region.

Administer and execute North America payroll and benefits using ADP and HRIS. Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, benefits administration (401(k), COBRA, insurance), compliance, I-9/E-Verify, vendor liaison, audits, HR reporting, and collaborate with accounting and regional HR teams to improve processes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Perform trading desk accounting including monthly P&L reconciliations, accounting for commodity trades, AR/AP validation, balance sheet and cash reviews, and quarter/year-end reporting and audit support. Collaborate with Front/Middle Office and Operations to ensure trading system accuracy and prepare management financial reports.

Conduct due diligence, KYC and risk assessments for counterparties across global trading operations. Monitor alerts, review KYC documentation, assess PEPs/sanctioned entities, maintain counterparty data lifecycle, escalate issues, and coordinate with trading desks and external counterparties to ensure AML/CFT and sanctions compliance.

Design, deliver, and support Power BI and Power Platform analytics for commodity trading and shipping. Partner with traders and stakeholders to gather requirements, build datasets, reports, automation, and governance. Optimize report performance, document data models, provide training, and promote BI adoption to enable data-driven trading decisions.

Calculate, validate and recover demurrage and voyage-related claims; negotiate with counterparties; maintain claim records and reporting; support escalation to Legal/P&I; improve processes and use digital tools to increase efficiency.

Manage calculation, negotiation, settlement and recovery of demurrage and ancillary claims for time-chartered vessels and oil sale/purchase contracts. Prepare and reconcile claim documentation, negotiate settlements, track KPIs, coordinate with trading/operations/legal/finance, support audits and insurance renewals, flag operational risks, and mentor junior staff while improving claims processes and systems.

Oversee transfer pricing policies and compliance, develop strategies, manage audits, collaborate cross-functionally, and enhance data analytics usage.

Partner with Madrid managers and EMEA HR to deliver end-to-end HR services (onboarding, payroll input, performance, training, engagement), ensure compliance with Spanish labor law, maintain local HR communications, support HR operations and vendor management, and participate in regional/global HR initiatives to improve processes and tools.

Ensure quality, consistency, and analytical value of trading and financial data. Build reports and interactive dashboards, perform reconciliation and P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, document and improve processes, support Trading Controllers and stakeholders, and automate reporting and data governance activities.

Validate and settle third‑party inspection invoices by verifying invoice structure, matching charges to rate cards/contracts, resolving discrepancies with Operations/Procurement, recording validated invoices in the financial system, maintaining audit trails, and suggesting process improvements to preserve controls and payment accuracy.

Support global administration of equity plans, maintain participant records, process transactions, enhance models and platforms, produce reporting and reconciliations, support compliance and audits, develop forecasting/analytics tools, liaise with vendors, and contribute to process automation and ad-hoc data analysis.

Provide 2nd-level application support and business analysis for commodity trading systems, handling incidents, root-cause analysis, reporting, and liaising between front office, IT, DBAs, and development teams to improve processes and ensure SLAs.
