Provide 2nd-level application support and business analysis for commodity trading systems, handling incidents, root-cause analysis, reporting, and liaising between front office, IT, DBAs, and development teams to improve processes and ensure SLAs.

The Contracts Analyst prepares, reviews, and executes trading contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks to support efficient trade execution.
