Leads multiple engineering groups and their leaders, owning technical direction, delivery, quality, reliability, architecture, hiring, and organizational growth. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders on strategy, structure, planning, roadmaps, and engineering culture. Drives scalable system design, AI adoption, engineering standards, and continuous improvement while developing leadership talent and resolving organizational risks.

Lead strategic technical programs across Product, Engineering, and Design from kickoff through release. Own timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, cross-team handoffs, delivery processes, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting automation. Analyze workflow data from Linear, Git, and other sources to identify blockers and improve delivery. Partner with R&D leadership while maintaining proportionate planning and review processes.

Own Guardio’s organic discoverability and revenue growth across traditional search, AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. Develop SEO and GEO strategies, run experiments, prioritize content and optimization, build authority through digital PR and backlinks, integrate organic growth into launches, monitor search trends, and establish measurement across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Guardio’s core security systems, improving threat detection, protection, scalability, and analyst efficiency. Lead engineers and security analysts through technical discovery, specifications, testing, launch, and iteration. Build internal investigation and detection tools, define performance and detection-quality KPIs, and collaborate with product teams to integrate shared security capabilities.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employment documentation, and BambooHR. Design, run, and analyze employee surveys and build people-data dashboards. Administer compensation and benefits, coordinate with vendors, and support sensitive employee matters with the VP People. Improve HR processes, leverage AI to automate workflows, maintain HR data hygiene, and coordinate with finance, legal, and external vendors.

Lead Guardio’s brand and marketing design across campaigns, web, brand development, and the broader marketing ecosystem. Own the visual identity, create project-specific brand guidelines, and manage design initiatives from concept through delivery. Translate business objectives into compelling B2C visuals while maintaining a cohesive brand voice. Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams, using Figma, generative AI workflows, and experimentation to accelerate creative development. Motion design and experience evolving brand systems are advantageous.

Own the CFO’s calendar, meeting preparation, Finance operating cadence, action-item follow-through, and cross-functional initiatives. Triage requests, track deadlines and risks, prepare briefing materials and financial context, and ensure priorities across the CFO’s office stay organized and on schedule. The role requires strong judgment, project-management skills, finance fluency, and fluent Hebrew with strong English.

As a Social Media Content Creator, you'll manage multiple accounts, create engaging content using AI, collaborate with teams, and optimize performance based on insights.

Lead end-to-end product design projects, from concept through development handoff, within a fast-paced squad. Create high-quality UX/UI experiences, use data, KPIs, and testing to guide design decisions, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams. Contribute to design methodologies and best practices while applying AI tools, strategic thinking, and strong communication to improve consumer cybersecurity products at scale.

Own Guardio’s employee IT lifecycle, including identity, access, devices, licenses, MDM, hardware procurement, vendor relationships, office networking, and AV. Automate manual workflows using APIs, scripts, and agents while maintaining secure access controls and documentation. Support a Mac-first, cloud-based environment using Okta, Google Workspace, Tailscale, and related business tools, delivering responsive assistance from issue identification through resolution.

Own and evolve core product infrastructure (identity, registration, payments, experimentation). Design, run, and analyze A/B tests. Define and track KPIs, identify growth opportunities across the user journey, and drive initiatives from discovery to delivery while partnering with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support.

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design and develop high-performance web and mobile applications, optimize user flows, and ensure quality through testing and reviews.
