Own CX systems and vendor relationships to optimize support: full Zendesk administration, routing and automations, BPO management (SLAs/escalations), capacity planning, onboarding and training, QA program ownership and calibration, AI-assisted QA oversight, and turning performance data into coaching and process improvements.

Own and resolve complex escalations end-to-end, use AI tools to investigate billing/account/system issues, identify root causes and patterns, surface actionable insights to product and training, improve automated support flows, manage sensitive cases, contribute to QA, and drive systemic fixes to reduce recurring tickets.
