Leads multiple engineering groups and their leaders, owning technical direction, delivery, quality, reliability, architecture, hiring, and organizational growth. Partners with executive and cross-functional leaders on strategy, structure, planning, roadmaps, and engineering culture. Drives scalable system design, AI adoption, engineering standards, and continuous improvement while developing leadership talent and resolving organizational risks.

Lead strategic technical programs across Product, Engineering, and Design from kickoff through release. Own timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, cross-team handoffs, delivery processes, dashboards, SLAs, and reporting automation. Analyze workflow data from Linear, Git, and other sources to identify blockers and improve delivery. Partner with R&D leadership while maintaining proportionate planning and review processes.

Own Guardio’s organic discoverability and revenue growth across traditional search, AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. Develop SEO and GEO strategies, run experiments, prioritize content and optimization, build authority through digital PR and backlinks, integrate organic growth into launches, monitor search trends, and establish measurement across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue.
