Teams at Guardio

Own the strategy and roadmap for Guardio’s core security systems, improving threat detection, protection, scalability, and analyst efficiency. Lead engineers and security analysts through technical discovery, specifications, testing, launch, and iteration. Build internal investigation and detection tools, define performance and detection-quality KPIs, and collaborate with product teams to integrate shared security capabilities.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, employment documentation, and BambooHR. Design, run, and analyze employee surveys and build people-data dashboards. Administer compensation and benefits, coordinate with vendors, and support sensitive employee matters with the VP People. Improve HR processes, leverage AI to automate workflows, maintain HR data hygiene, and coordinate with finance, legal, and external vendors.

Lead Guardio’s brand and marketing design across campaigns, web, brand development, and the broader marketing ecosystem. Own the visual identity, create project-specific brand guidelines, and manage design initiatives from concept through delivery. Translate business objectives into compelling B2C visuals while maintaining a cohesive brand voice. Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams, using Figma, generative AI workflows, and experimentation to accelerate creative development. Motion design and experience evolving brand systems are advantageous.
