We are looking for a Director of Data.
You will:
- Lead, manage, and grow teams of data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data strategy, policies and processes.
- Drive the use of data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Provide insights and analytics on media acquisition channels, user usage, business, and product metrics.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through continuous monitoring, auditing, and improvement of data management processes.
- Create and maintain a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and analytics throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies, and assess potential new tools and techniques for implementation.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business leaders.
