Conduct IT security compliance assessments, audits, risk assessments, and control reviews. Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, identify compliance gaps, track remediation, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with technical and business teams. Monitor access management and data protection controls, interpret regulatory requirements, support security awareness training and reporting, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Performs insurance, third-party administrator, reinsurance, and mortgage investment accounting. Responsibilities include journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, financial statement analysis, regulatory and audit schedules, treaty review, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborates with IT, Actuarial, Legal, and other departments on accounting initiatives and system enhancements.

Provide phone, chat, and email support to insurance agents; process contracting and onboarding paperwork; assist agents with systems, products, and procedures; meet daily performance standards; and develop skills to transition into a client-facing sales role.
