Lead full-cycle recruiting for insurance roles from entry level through executive leadership. Build talent pipelines, conduct strategic sourcing, coordinate interviews, manage screening and offers, coach hiring managers, support succession planning, strengthen employer branding, maintain Paycom ATS data and processes, report recruiting metrics, and collaborate on onboarding. Partner with senior leaders on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across Chicago and Omaha.

Performs insurance, third-party administrator, reinsurance, and mortgage investment accounting. Responsibilities include journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, financial statement analysis, regulatory and audit schedules, treaty review, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborates with IT, Actuarial, Legal, and other departments on accounting initiatives and system enhancements.

Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLP, search, classification, personalization, and information retrieval. Build end-to-end model pipelines, operationalize orchestration, analyze large datasets, and monitor deployed model performance. Collaborate with business, product, project management, and technology teams to define AI initiatives, roadmaps, and milestones while delivering scalable, maintainable, and well-tested software.
