Lead enterprise HR strategy as an executive partner to the CEO, scale HR across multiple manufacturing sites, own executive talent management, organizational design, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, culture, and HR technology. Build HRIS/people analytics, mentor HR leaders, and report workforce health and organizational risk to the CEO while traveling regularly to plant locations.

Inspect and test materials and finished products throughout fabrication to ensure compliance with laws, codes, customer and company specifications. Create inspection reports, maintain calibration and test data, perform visual weld inspections, identify quality improvements, and communicate issues to QA management.

Lead electrical system architecture and design for modular infrastructure from concept through production. Produce single-line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, and calculations; integrate power equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, BESS, UPS, PLCs). Provide technical leadership across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and NPI; support FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Support and improve the ISO 9001 QMS and manufacturing quality processes. Lead root-cause corrective actions, perform risk assessments (PFMEA, control plans), analyze quality data and KPIs, support audits and MRB activities, and collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to drive defect prevention and continuous improvement.

Manage daily manufacturing operations, drive schedule attainment, lead production teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, implement continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), coordinate cross-area workflows, and report production metrics to plant leadership.

Lead end-to-end program management for engineered-to-order electro-mechanical manufacturing programs. Coordinate sales, engineering, supply chain, and production to meet schedule, budget, quality, and customer requirements; manage phase-gate releases, build plans, forecasts, and project reporting.

Design and develop electrical systems for modular infrastructure: create one-line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts, perform load calculations, support integration of switchgear, batteries, generators, PLCs, and provide manufacturing, testing, and commissioning support.

Support purchasing operations through PO administration, supplier communication, and procurement data management. Maintain reports on open POs, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments. Coordinate cross-functionally with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning. Assist with vendor onboarding, compliance records, supplier meetings, KPI reporting, and training Procurement Coordinators.

Support HR operations by managing onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, benefits administration, compliance assistance, and general HR administrative tasks to promote efficient HR service delivery and positive employee relations.

Lead engineering execution across multiple concurrent modular infrastructure programs (BESS, modular data centers, Gen Set platforms). Oversee portfolio-level deliverables, align engineering with project management and design leads, report engineering health and risks to Directors, plan capacity and hiring, and develop engineering staff. Ensure design release quality, manufacturability, and cross-functional integration while supporting continuous improvement and adherence to NPI phase-gates.

Manage engineered-to-order customer programs from order intake through production and delivery. Own schedule execution, customer communication, cross-functional coordination (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality), cost and capacity planning, reporting, and continuous improvement to ensure program profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead electrical design and technical execution for modular infrastructure projects from concept through production. Develop architectures, schematics, single-line diagrams, calculations, and production documentation. Integrate power equipment (generators, switchgear, transformers, BESS, UPS), PLCs, protection and monitoring. Support prototyping, FAT, commissioning, root-cause analysis, manufacturability, code compliance, and cross-functional engineering leadership.

Support electrical purchasing through purchase order administration, supplier communication, and procurement data management. Maintain reporting on open POs, shortages, and supplier commitments; provide daily updates and KPI support. Coordinate with Receiving, Warehouse, AP, and Planning; assist vendor onboarding, compliance documentation, and scheduling supplier meetings.

Lead design and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for modular enclosures and structural weldments. Develop documentation (BOMs, work instructions, routings), CAD fixtures, NPI activities, Lean improvements, ERP process integration, and maintain ISO 9001 compliance. Drive root-cause analysis (FMEA, SPC, 8D), mentor staff, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to scale production and ensure manufacturability.

Develop and execute detailed production schedules across fabrication, welding, paint, assembly, and electrical integration. Balance demand, materials, labor, and capacity to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations, monitor KPIs, drive throughput improvements, and support NPI and Lean initiatives.

Lead planning, launch, and daily operations of a Buffalo manufacturing facility. Oversee facility layout, production execution, safety, quality, staffing, continuous improvement, and operational metrics to scale production and ensure on-time delivery.

Design and optimize manufacturing processes for modular enclosures and structural weldments. Create process documentation, fixtures, BOMs, routings, and CNC programs. Lead NPI, apply Lean methods, support ISO9001 compliance, perform root-cause analysis (FMEA, SPC, 8D), integrate automation, and mentor technicians.

Design and develop electrical systems for modular infrastructure: create single-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and production-ready documentation; perform load calculations and equipment sizing; support integration, prototyping, FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting, and manufacturing engineering changes.

Lead end-to-end performance of a manufacturing value stream, managing supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and throughput targets. Drive program launches, NPI readiness, Lean continuous improvement, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Analyze supply chain data to improve inventory health, supplier performance, material availability, and production readiness. Build dashboards and reports, perform root-cause analysis, support procurement and planning, drive continuous improvement and ERP/MRP optimization to improve on-time delivery and working capital.
