Provides senior technical leadership for mechanical design of modular power and industrial systems. Responsibilities include designing enclosures, skids, structural frames, weldments, cooling and fluid systems; performing structural, thermal, vibration, fatigue, and FEA analysis; supporting manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and production launches; and mentoring engineers. The role also establishes engineering standards, leads design reviews, resolves complex technical issues, and ensures designs are manufacturable, serviceable, safe, and aligned with customer requirements.

Administer and support the company ERP to ensure reliability, data integrity, security, and alignment with business processes. Provide user support and training, manage configurations, testing, and upgrades, drive process improvements and data governance, support reporting and integrations, and coordinate cross-functionally to implement enhancements and controls.

Owns the rolling 12-week production and materials plans for a value stream, coordinating scheduling, capacity, MRP, material readiness, and clear-to-build decisions. Partners with production, procurement, warehousing, and materials teams to resolve constraints, improve replenishment, and support on-time delivery. Maintains ERP/MRP and shop-floor data, develops KPI dashboards, leads root-cause analysis, and drives continuous improvement across planning and pull-system practices.
