Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for multiple locations and states, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate relationship management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, post jobs, maintain candidate databases, and build effective onboarding programs. The role is fully onsite in Buffalo, New York.

Owns the end-to-end 12-week production and material requirements plans for a manufacturing value stream. Responsibilities include production scheduling, capacity planning, MRP execution, material readiness, Clear-to-Build decisions, shortage resolution, ERP and shop-floor data integrity, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional coordination with operations, procurement, and materials management. The role also leads pull replenishment and line-side store initiatives, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while directing day-to-day work of production control technicians.

Conduct supplier audits, qualification, capability assessments, and performance management. Lead FAI, PPAP, APQP, SCAR, root-cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions. Review quality documentation, monitor supplier KPIs, perform dimensional and weld inspections, and collaborate with engineering and procurement on quality risks. Support new product launches, continuous improvement, and resolution of nonconforming materials. The role requires extensive travel to supplier facilities, up to 80%.
