Manage marketing and point-of-purchase signage programs for convenience-store clients. Perform finished-goods inventory tasks: receive, inspect, tag, store, and track signage and products. Pull and verify orders, perform cycle counts, enter inventory data, operate baling/compaction equipment and hand tools, maintain staging area cleanliness, and communicate shortages or damages to supervisors.

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce hanging signs and retail graphics. Assemble and hem fabric components, sew beading and decorative seams, apply hardware and fasteners, align materials, inspect quality, trim edges, sort and stack finished pieces, and change needles and thread. Work in a high-volume production facility while following safety procedures and meeting production requirements.

Provides Tier 2 helpdesk support, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, operating system, network, and systems issues. Configures Windows systems, manages patches, monitors IT infrastructure, supports upgrades and disaster recovery, documents procedures, analyzes capacity, and communicates technical resolutions to users and management.

Manage broad HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, investigations, and conflict resolution. The role supports a positive workplace culture, maintains employment law compliance, coordinates HR initiatives, protects confidential information, and improves organizational effectiveness in a manufacturing facility.
