Manage configuration, patching, monitoring, and day-to-day operation of client/server/storage/network systems. Maintain documentation, assist with disaster recovery, recommend upgrades, and produce reports for management.

Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers, coordinate cross-departmental communication, perform pre-press and post-print quality checks, manage promotional inventory and audits, assist with prototyping and testing of physical products, maintain QA documentation, and improve workflow efficiency to ensure accurate order and inventory fulfillment.

Supervise a team of sewing machine operators in a high-volume production facility, managing workflow, quality inspections, machine operation and minor maintenance. Ensure products meet specifications, coordinate with departments, meet shipping deadlines, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
