Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Administer employee evaluations, and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor law standards such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation regulations.
- Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment
- Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources in manufacturing facility.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with Paylocity preferred.
- Knowledge of employment & labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience with recruiting tools.
