Manage broad HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, investigations, and conflict resolution. The role supports a positive workplace culture, maintains employment law compliance, coordinates HR initiatives, protects confidential information, and improves organizational effectiveness in a manufacturing facility.

Manages convenience-store client relationships and annual marketing plans, processes orders, coordinates POP signage projects with design and production teams, maintains product databases, prepares reports, supports billing and customer service, and drives account growth. Organizes client meetings and store visits, presents marketing services, and ensures accurate, timely execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Provide Tier 2 helpdesk escalation support: diagnose and resolve complex hardware, Windows OS, network, application, and mobile device issues. Manage configuration, patching, monitoring, and day-to-day operation of client/server/storage/network systems. Maintain documentation, assist with disaster recovery, recommend upgrades, and produce reports for management.
