Lead and deliver finance transformation initiatives to embed automation and improve finance processes (month-end, forecasting, reporting). Support workforce planning tool implementation, solve complex operational challenges, collaborate with FBPs and stakeholders, train teams, and drive scalable, efficient finance operations across global regions.

Conduct structured research and analysis to develop sector and corporate strategy, build business cases and KPIs, support executive decision-making, and synthesise insights into clear recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally, facilitate workshops, and translate ambiguous challenges into analytical frameworks and scenarios to inform GSMA’s 3-year roadmap and industry foresight.

Provide change management support across GSMA projects: lead impact assessments, integrate change activities into project plans, develop communications and training plans, track success measures, and collaborate with Project Managers, PMO and People Development to drive adoption and embed change management practices.

Coordinate and deliver client-facing media projects (webinars, video interviews, written content, virtual events), manage schedules, stakeholders and suppliers, support website/newsletter updates, and attend MWC Barcelona and other industry events to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Senior, hunter-style sales role to source and close high-value, complex event deals. Map buyers, create tailored proposals, negotiate to contract, and open new sectors using GSMA networks and cross-functional support.

Lead post-award grant financial management and compliance across the grant lifecycle. Manage and coach the Post-Award team, ensure donor compliance (high-risk donors like FCDO, SIDA, EU, GIZ, US Government), approve donor reports, oversee Workday grant configuration, prepare for audits, align subgrant financials, and drive process improvements, templates, dashboards and automation to deliver accurate, timely donor reporting.

Lead evidence-based research and insights to increase digital inclusion in low- and middle-income markets. Produce case studies, briefs and thought leadership, support research and evaluation, advise industry stakeholders, and collaborate across Connected Society and Connected Women programmes.

Support delivery and operations for Connected Women handset affordability project: track/report KPIs, prepare donor/internal reports, manage procurement and supplier onboarding, coordinate events and travel, maintain workplans, risk logs and SharePoint filing, assist budgeting/forecasting and invoice management, and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders.
