Serve as the primary IT liaison for designated business areas, shaping demand, developing business cases, defining scope and success measures, managing timelines, budgets, risks and suppliers, and ensuring delivery of cloud, digital and data-driven solutions that realise business value.

Lead GSMA India’s policy and ecosystem engagement by building partnerships across mobile operators, cloud providers, system integrators and startups; design and run industry programs, events and thought leadership; influence regulatory policy on 5G, AI, data governance and digital infrastructure; and coordinate with global teams to drive enterprise 5G and digital transformation.

Serve as GSMA's senior country representative in India, building trusted government and industry relationships, directing advocacy strategy, advising APAC and global leadership, leading the New Delhi office culture and operations, and mentoring cross-functional teams to advance member value.

Lead and embed change management for digital transformation projects across the GSMA. Build frameworks, guide project teams, deliver change and training plans, measure adoption, and line-manage a small team of Change Managers while engaging stakeholders globally.

Design, build and configure Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Platform and Experience Cloud with a focus on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). Implement and support OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors), CPQ and industry data models. Gather and document requirements, collaborate with architects, developers and delivery partners, support testing, deployments and post-release enhancements, and act as an internal Salesforce subject‑matter expert.

Serve as a senior technology partner to executive leadership, shaping and prioritising IT demand, business cases, budgets and delivery across enterprise initiatives. Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor selection, risk management and portfolio governance while mentoring other business partners and influencing GSMA's digital and platform strategy.

Manage a portfolio of GSMA Intelligence subscription customers to ensure renewals and retention. Run renewal journeys end-to-end, perform value reviews, prepare proposals, handle pricing and procurement, forecast accurately, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with analysts and product specialists to drive customer adoption and commercial outcomes.

Lead M4D's engagement with European institutions and donors, develop EU donor strategy, identify and qualify funding opportunities, support consortium-building and proposal development, and strengthen long-term partnerships to grow funding and influence.

Manage a global portfolio of Rapporteur, Industry and Academic members to maximise engagement and retention. Support onboarding, handle member enquiries, maintain account records and systems, coordinate with Sales, IT, Finance and Marketing, analyse engagement and churn risk, and collaborate across teams to deliver membership objectives and improve processes.

Conduct structured research and analysis to develop sector and corporate strategy, build business cases and KPIs, support executive decision-making, and synthesise insights into clear recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally, facilitate workshops, and translate ambiguous challenges into analytical frameworks and scenarios to inform GSMA’s 3-year roadmap and industry foresight.

Contractor to design and deliver mixed-methods research on telecom workforce transformation. Duties include survey and interview design, analysing workforce and skills data, developing skills taxonomies, synthesising insights for senior stakeholders, producing board-level outputs and facilitating workshops to quantify skills gaps and recommend capability investments.

Provide operational, administrative, and project support to the CEO/COO Office. Coordinate calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, events, vendor/stakeholder activity, sustainability reporting (CDP), and smaller project workstreams to support executive priorities and flagship GSMA events.

Lead post-award grant financial management and compliance across the grant lifecycle. Manage and coach the Post-Award team, ensure donor compliance (high-risk donors like FCDO, SIDA, EU, GIZ, US Government), approve donor reports, oversee Workday grant configuration, prepare for audits, align subgrant financials, and drive process improvements, templates, dashboards and automation to deliver accurate, timely donor reporting.

Build, operate and improve the T‑ISAC platform for telecom threat intelligence sharing. Design scalable, secure data workflows and integrations, lead reliability and incident response, define platform roadmap, ensure compliance, and collaborate with analysts, vendors and industry partners to drive platform adoption and intelligence exchange.
