Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement of mobile device information services. Partner with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, customers, regulators, and industry stakeholders to deliver scalable products supporting traceability, compliance, fraud prevention, theft prevention, and sustainability. Analyze market and operational data, define requirements and processes, improve workflows, and contribute to pricing, packaging, and positioning.

Manage existing and prospective client accounts, build relationships, identify and qualify leads, develop consultative proposals, secure new business, and drive revenue growth while meeting sales targets and supporting broader sales initiatives.

Support partners across Africa and India in scaling approaches that increase women's internet and smartphone adoption. The role provides technical assistance, strategic advisory support, market analysis, workshops, contracting oversight, and partner portfolio management. It also generates and shares insights through presentations, case studies, toolkits, blogs, events, and stakeholder engagement. Success requires commercial acumen, strong communication, project delivery, senior stakeholder influence, and knowledge of digital inclusion and underserved markets.
