Manage and optimise security & fraud operational processes, coordinate cross-functional activities, identify and remove workflow bottlenecks, support threat intelligence and ad hoc cybersecurity tasks, run team meetings, and help deliver industry events like MWC and M360.

Support delivery and operations for Connected Women handset affordability project: track/report KPIs, prepare donor/internal reports, manage procurement and supplier onboarding, coordinate events and travel, maintain workplans, risk logs and SharePoint filing, assist budgeting/forecasting and invoice management, and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders.

The Analyst will support GSMA's forecasting and modeling, work with large datasets, ensure data consistency, and communicate insights effectively within a collaborative team.
