Coordinate sales activities to maximize occupancy across student residences. Build relationships with resident managers, universities, agencies, marketing, and operations teams; follow up proactively on leads from social media, face-to-face interactions, and marketing events; provide excellent customer service; and consistently meet sales targets.

Process monthly payroll for more than 350 UK and Ireland employees, including salary adjustments, starters, leavers, contract changes, tax documents, statutory sick payments, timesheets, overtime, pensions, and other deductions. Manage payroll records and inboxes, respond to employee pay queries, liaise across the business, maintain documentation, and complete related administrative duties during the monthly pay period.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at students, using digital marketing, creativity, analytics, and brand advocacy to measure success and support company goals. The role involves managing multiple projects, communicating with UK and Ireland operations teams, generating innovative ideas, and handling varied marketing tasks. Candidates should be organized, proactive, collaborative, and experienced in a similar marketing position.
