Lead Grow's AI Enablement team to define and execute the company-wide AI roadmap. Build and operate core AI infrastructure (data pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, model access, connectors, and governance) with PHI compliance. Architect integrations and APIs enabling agentic workflows, drive delivery of high-priority LLM and AI-assisted care use cases, and manage vendor governance, procurement, and cross-functional alignment.

Lead the partner integration platform product roadmap, drive healthcare interoperability (clinical data exchange), speed partner onboarding, build monitoring/alerting for data quality and uptime, and act as technical integration liaison to partners and internal teams.

Provide inbound support to payor partner clinicians and clients via phone, chat, and email; troubleshoot billing and product issues with RCM and Engineering; collaborate across Customer Operations; meet with manager for feedback and goals. Fully remote role with occasional (2-3/yr) travel for offsites.
