Analyze product and healthcare billing data to support product decisions, reporting, experimentation, and claims collection improvements. Build and maintain dashboards, develop scalable datasets, conduct A/B testing, create data visualizations, and communicate actionable insights. Collaborate with product stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers on data modeling, OKRs, data quality, and pipeline reliability for Billing and Payments features.

The FP&A Manager will build Grow’s FP&A function from the ground up, owning financial models, forecasting, scenario analysis, annual planning, reforecasts, and investor and board materials. The role also oversees procurement, spend monitoring, cost optimization, headcount planning, KPI analysis, and business cases. This high-visibility position partners with executive leadership and department heads, using AI to automate processes and improve resource allocation.

Leads the team responsible for post-launch health, maintenance, quality, and performance of customer operations automations, including Sierra. Owns operational readiness, monitoring, testing, issue resolution, change management, and retirement. Establishes AI evaluation and human-review systems, analyzes performance data, prioritizes improvements, and coordinates with continuous improvement and AI operations teams to deliver reliable, measurable customer and business outcomes.
