Own Grover’s Asset Lifecycle Management platform, including the asset registry, lifecycle state model, stock availability, operational tooling, finance interfaces, warehouse and logistics APIs, and vendor integrations. Drive system-of-record migration, automate exception handling, define data contracts, govern implementation partners, and translate complex systems for technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Build and own Python backend services for Grover’s real-time risk decisioning platform. Develop rule engines, decision APIs, dynamic pricing, counteroffers, third-party risk integrations, and Kafka event-driven workflows. Improve reliability, observability, and production operations while collaborating with risk analysts, data scientists, and product teams. The role includes on-call support, service debugging, AWS infrastructure, analyst tooling, and LLM-powered risk assistance.

Own and evolve Grover’s data platform, including high-volume ingestion pipelines, AWS and warehouse automations, Apache Airflow orchestration, observability, data quality, migrations, and infrastructure reliability. Optimize Snowflake performance and costs through usage tracking and FinOps practices. Partner with Analytics Engineers and data champions to establish scalable architecture, technical standards, documentation, and decentralized analytics enablement.

Own and grow a portfolio of existing B2B accounts through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and device upgrades. Manage account plans, stakeholder relationships, business reviews, forecasts, and net revenue retention targets. Coordinate with procurement, IT, finance, operations, and risk teams to resolve issues and support expansion. The role requires fluent German, strong English, CRM experience, and a track record in B2B account management or commercial customer success.

Serve as an in-house legal advisor across commercial contracting, digital commerce, consumer protection, employment law, compliance, and European market matters. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise cross-functional teams, support labor and civil proceedings, and improve legal operations through AI tools and workflow automation. The role focuses on Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain and requires strong German and English communication.

Own the end-to-end device category strategy across assortment, merchandising, supplier relationships, pricing, margin, inventory, and fulfillment. Lead category P&L performance, negotiate with suppliers and refurbishment partners, optimize product lifecycle and inventory health, and drive commercial execution. Build and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with procurement, supply chain, marketing, product, pricing, finance, and technology teams across a multi-category, multi-market portfolio.
