Own Grover’s Asset Lifecycle Management platform, including the asset registry, lifecycle state model, stock availability, operational tooling, finance interfaces, warehouse and logistics APIs, and vendor integrations. Drive system-of-record migration, automate exception handling, define data contracts, govern implementation partners, and translate complex systems for technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Build and own Python backend services for Grover’s real-time risk decisioning platform. Develop rule engines, decision APIs, dynamic pricing, counteroffers, third-party risk integrations, and Kafka event-driven workflows. Improve reliability, observability, and production operations while collaborating with risk analysts, data scientists, and product teams. The role includes on-call support, service debugging, AWS infrastructure, analyst tooling, and LLM-powered risk assistance.

Own and evolve Grover’s data platform, including high-volume ingestion pipelines, AWS and warehouse automations, Apache Airflow orchestration, observability, data quality, migrations, and infrastructure reliability. Optimize Snowflake performance and costs through usage tracking and FinOps practices. Partner with Analytics Engineers and data champions to establish scalable architecture, technical standards, documentation, and decentralized analytics enablement.
