Leads and manages a hands-on web development and UI design team supporting multiple insurance brands. Owns design systems, Webflow builds, Figma design reviews, accessibility, security posture, architectural resilience, SEO/GEO, analytics integration, Agile delivery, staffing, mentoring, and stakeholder alignment. Oversees portfolio applications and web properties, including M&A integrations, governance, compliance, and continuous improvements in design and development workflows.

Leads and manages a full-stack application development team while remaining hands-on with coding, code reviews, architecture, and production support. Owns sprint delivery, application security, accessibility, compliance, resilience, tooling, CI/CD health, developer growth, and technical standards. Partner with data and engineering teams on use cases while retaining accountability for business outcomes, prioritization, acceptance, and stakeholder alignment.

Own end-to-end marketing campaign execution, particularly affiliate campaigns, from setup and stakeholder alignment through launch, compliance approval, and performance analysis. Lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives from scoping through delivery, establish project management norms, manage risks and dependencies, drive decisions to closure, and maintain documentation, meeting systems, and milestone calendars.

Build scalable full-stack solutions across frontend and backend systems using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Kotlin or Java with Spring, and SQL databases. Develop APIs, data models, asynchronous and event-driven systems, and reliable customer-facing applications. Owns the end-to-end development of new savings and annuity products for a mobile-first, direct-to-consumer financial platform. Responsibilities include product vision and roadmap ownership, customer and competitive research, prototyping, metrics and instrumentation, regulatory collaboration, PRD development, go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-launch iteration. The role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Strategy, and external stakeholders while using AI tools in a regulated environment.

Lead and own Gainbridges entire marketing function across brand, performance, lifecycle, measurement, and Martech. Drive acquisition and awareness through multi-channel media, manage agencies and sponsorships, implement measurement frameworks (MMM, incrementality, geo-lift), partner with product/design, build the team, and manage eight-figure budgets to deliver scalable business outcomes.

Lead a small operations team handling annuity in-force administration and death claims. Oversee staffing, ensure regulatory compliance and controls, optimize processes and metrics, resolve escalated claims, partner with Legal/IT/Product for improvements and automation, and support strategic projects and team development.
