Own and evolve the AWS Secure Landing Zone and platform capabilities: define roadmap, build multi-account secure patterns with IaC, ensure compliance (NIST 800-171), integrate telemetry with SOC/SIEM, manage operational SLOs and a sub-contractor, and improve onboarding and developer UX.

Develop and integrate mission systems and sensors for the LX300 UAV: analyze requirements, design and implement software, write automated tests, support integration/qualification testing, perform root-cause analysis, improve CI infrastructure, and present work in peer reviews within an Agile team.

Design, develop, test, and integrate mission-critical aerospace software. Perform requirements analysis, write design and test documentation, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and validation. Provide technical support and present work in design reviews.

Support international programs by processing import/export documentation, assisting export control classification, handling re-export authorizations, responding to trade compliance queries, liaising with stakeholders, maintaining audit-ready records, and improving compliance processes while supporting travel, IT, and visitor authorizations.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the manufacturing facility and project teams: coordinate logistics, arrange meetings and visitor support, manage records and SharePoint, handle reception duties, liaise with stakeholders, process expenses, order stationery, and perform general office tasks.

Design, analyze, document and test unmanned aircraft systems (SATP) under supervision. Perform requirements analysis, integration and automated testing, investigate issues, support integration/qualification testing, present design reviews, and support production. Drive international sales of Tactical Communication and Information Systems (TacCIS). Act as technical SME for business development, capture requirements, deliver demos/POCs, support proposals and pricing, collaborate cross-functionally, provide post-sale technical escalation, gather market intelligence, and foster long-term customer and partner relationships. Travel internationally for customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.

Lead and support commercial activities for bids and contracts within Mission Systems Air and Naval business unit. Draft and manage contracts, engage customers, maintain Oracle systems, handle change quotations, contract acceptance, despatch and invoicing. Provide commercial strategy, identify and mitigate commercial risk, support multi‑function bid teams, and drive commercial process improvements.

Lead engineering workforce planning, resourcing, mobilisation, promotions and training. Oversee demand planning, budgeting, IP/data controls, review processes and metrics; coordinate with PMO and manage graduate/apprentice programmes.

Design, implement, integrate, and test software for mission-critical systems. Analyze legacy code, develop new features and user interfaces, write unit and automated tests (Python), and work with systems engineering and UX teams. Participate in technical reviews and product verification.
