Teams at Groundwater Modelling Decision Support Initiative (GMDSI)

Lead and coordinate a team of engineers on vetronics projects, manage design reviews and deliverables, track risks and obsolescence, interface with supply chain, contracts and customers, and drive product/process improvements while supporting project planning and performance reviews.

Support design, testing, and operational use of underwater acoustic processing systems for ASW. Perform acoustic and post-mission data analysis, develop operator interfaces, run harbour and sea acceptance trials, create realistic test scenarios and training, and liaise with customers for requirements, verification, and demonstrations.

Integrate, deploy, and validate COTS and custom applications for Land C4ISR systems. Develop and execute integration/qualification test plans, automate lab deployments, troubleshoot defects, maintain virtual environments, and support Agile teams through test reporting and continuous improvement.
