Teams at Groundwater Modelling Decision Support Initiative (GMDSI)

Provides administrative support to manufacturing project teams and senior leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating visits, meetings, events, room bookings, facilities and IT requests, expenses, reception coverage, supplies, records management, SharePoint administration, document organization, and stakeholder communication. The role requires managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, supporting customer meetings, and directing departmental queries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manage avionic or naval development programs through bid, development, production, and support phases. Responsibilities include delivering schedule, cost, performance, financial, contractual, and customer satisfaction targets; coordinating bids and proposals; managing customer relationships; and identifying follow-on business opportunities. The role requires substantial program management experience in high-technology, regulated environments, with defense experience preferred.

Lead the design and development of electronic hardware systems for safety-critical avionics and mission computing products. Responsibilities include defining requirements, functions, interfaces, specifications, and architectures; integrating components into larger systems; ensuring performance, reliability, cost, standards, and regulatory compliance; managing project timelines and deliverables; and mentoring junior engineers. Roles are available at Senior and Principal/Architect levels.
