Lead supplier quality activities including audits, PPAP, FMEAs, and advanced problem-solving. Drive supplier scorecards, analyze process/product trends, support New Product Introduction, and develop corrective actions. Requires travel to suppliers and collaboration across sourcing, engineering, and suppliers to improve purchased-component quality.

Support and optimize manufacturing processes with emphasis on operator safety and assembly. Maintain plant layout, design fixtures/tooling, assist capital projects, manage engineering changes, estimate production times/costs, collaborate with materials and product development, lead Kaizen/process improvement and develop standard operating procedures.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Hay & Livestock product lines: define market requirements, develop business cases, coordinate R&D and go-to-market activities, run competitive and customer analyses, and support product launches through the Kakuka process.

Plan, manage, set up and break down equipment and marketing displays for trade shows across the U.S.; coordinate freight, contractors, and show logistics; demonstrate products, capture photos/videos, and support the marketing team. Requires equipment operation, tool use, adherence to safety (OSHA), occasional heavy lifting, and travel up to ~30%.

Provide on-site helpdesk and technical support for endpoints and network equipment, install and configure hardware and software, troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, maintain logs, assist vendors, and support IT operations across company facilities.

Prepare and book journal entries, perform month-end close tasks, reconcile general ledger accounts, maintain monthly reports, support audits/tax requests, prepare sales and use tax reports, ensure GAAP compliance, and assist CFO/Controller with analyses and ad hoc requests.

On-site manufacturing engineer responsible for driving cross-functional teams to meet program timelines, manage design reviews and production trials, document and close open issues, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and compliance in fabrication, weld, paint, and assembly environments.

Full-time on-site summer internship (mid-May to early-August) at Great Plains Manufacturing. Interns complete a mentored project, participate in team activities, and gain hands-on experience across engineering, IT, finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing functions. Housing provided if needed.
