Create and manage production schedules, expedite component shortages, perform data entry for production/stock transfers, administer cycle counts and pick tickets, communicate priority changes to production, and help maintain accurate inventory while following safety regulations.

Lead the Strategic Project Group to plan and deliver cross-functional engineering initiatives from concept through production. Manage projects, schedules, budgets, risk, and teams; drive cost reduction, product innovation, standardization, and supplier strategies; collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to implement design-to-cost and improve product performance.

Design and develop skid-steer and excavator attachments from concept through production. Manage prototyping, testing, validation, and design-for-manufacturability. Create detailed drawings, BOMs, and test plans. Collaborate with manufacturing, present designs to management, use analysis/FEA tools, and recommend production and quality improvements.

Lead and supervise the CE Attachment engineering team to design, develop, validate, and improve ground engaging and material handling attachments. Own product lifecycle using Stage Gate, review designs and calculations, drive innovation and cost optimization, ensure compliance and safety, manage multiple projects, and coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing and supply chain.

Lead global strategy for Kubota construction equipment attachments: define segment strategy, guide product portfolio and pricing, manage product managers, gather customer/dealer/competitive insight, lead Stage Gate new-product development, support dealer training and go-to-market, and travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).

Drive supplier quality improvements for purchased components through supplier audits, PPAP leadership, data analysis, scorecards, FMEA participation, NPI support, advanced problem solving, and supplier relationship management. Requires travel to vendors and close cross-functional collaboration with purchasing, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing.

Lead product management for Construction Equipment attachments from concept through lifecycle. Define market requirements, guide engineering from a customer perspective, set pricing, support new product development schedules, train dealers/sales, attend trade shows, and support product management systems. Requires travel up to 30%.

Full-time on-site summer internship (mid-May to early-August) at Great Plains Manufacturing. Interns complete a mentored project, participate in team activities, and gain hands-on experience across engineering, IT, finance, supply chain, sales, and manufacturing functions. Housing provided if needed.

On-site manufacturing engineer responsible for driving cross-functional teams to meet program timelines, manage design reviews and production trials, document and close open issues, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and compliance in fabrication, weld, paint, and assembly environments.
