Lead supplier quality activities including audits, PPAP, FMEAs, and advanced problem-solving. Drive supplier scorecards, analyze process/product trends, support New Product Introduction, and develop corrective actions. Requires travel to suppliers and collaboration across sourcing, engineering, and suppliers to improve purchased-component quality.

Support and optimize manufacturing processes with emphasis on operator safety and assembly. Maintain plant layout, design fixtures/tooling, assist capital projects, manage engineering changes, estimate production times/costs, collaborate with materials and product development, lead Kaizen/process improvement and develop standard operating procedures.

Lead product strategy and lifecycle for Hay & Livestock product lines: define market requirements, develop business cases, coordinate R&D and go-to-market activities, run competitive and customer analyses, and support product launches through the Kakuka process.
