Lead continuous improvement projects across multiple manufacturing facilities using lean methods. Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operations data; scope and implement cost-effective process improvements; act as liaison between shop floor and management; travel day trips up to 50% within North Central Kansas; follow OSHA safety requirements.

Design tillage equipment and related electronic components; produce detailed drawings, bills of materials, and test plans; use CAD and FEA tools to analyze and optimize designs; evaluate field testing and recommend modifications; provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, and supply to ensure correct fabrication and assembly; improve cost, quality, and performance while following safety regulations.

Lead and build the Manufacturing Engineering team to set up the Compact Track Loader production process at a new Salina facility. Implement and coach Kubota Production System (KPS), develop standard work, manage staffing and KPIs (Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, Cost), participate in capacity planning, inspect equipment, and mentor engineers. Ensure OSHA compliance and collaborate with production to achieve production readiness and sustained operations.
