Owns regional positioning, media relationships, thought leadership, website launch, SEO, campaigns, marketing ROI, and executive visibility. Builds a high-performing team and drives measurable outcomes including increased organic traffic, qualified inbound leads, media coverage, and revenue contribution.

Manage and grow a portfolio of UAE corporate clients from onboarding through renewal. Own client relationships, retention, renewal negotiations, upselling, cross-selling, account planning, business reviews, and satisfaction. Coordinate with Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts. The role requires regular client meetings across the UAE and engagement with HR leaders, executives, and decision-makers.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in Egypt from onboarding through renewal. Responsibilities include relationship management, client retention, renewal negotiations, upselling and cross-selling, account planning, business reviews, CRM maintenance, forecasting, and coordination with Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. The role requires regular client meetings, engagement with senior decision-makers, and ownership of commercial account success.

Drive revenue and client retention by selling GPTW services, managing end-to-end client relationships, coordinating delivery with internal teams, using CRM tools, and representing GPTW at industry events to grow and retain accounts.

Generate and qualify outbound leads in Egypt, conduct discovery calls, engage HR leaders and executives, maintain CRM records, support Sales and Marketing, and report on pipeline and outreach performance.

Own and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in Qatar and the GCC by managing onboarding, renewals, retention, upsells, and cross-functional coordination to ensure service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
