The representative identifies and qualifies B2B prospects, develops new accounts, manages the sales pipeline in CRM and ERP systems, recommends equipment solutions, meets growth goals, provides customer service, and collaborates with sales, marketing, and support teams. The role also provides market feedback and supports occasional customer events and trade shows.
