Senior FP&A lead to scale and automate finance workflows using AI and modern tooling. Own forecasting, reporting, systems implementations, Quote-to-Cash automation, payroll globalization, and partner with finance, RevOps, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable finance operations and board-ready FP&A models.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: run discovery, deliver demos and PoCs, translate customer needs into solutions, support account growth, partner with sales, product and marketing to shape product direction.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA North, own renewals, act as strategic advisor, run customer reviews and roadmap alignment, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Support, and mitigate adoption or renewal risks.

Design, build, and maintain automated UI, API, and end-to-end test frameworks integrated with CI/CD. Define risk-based testing strategies, transition manual regression to intelligent automation, validate AI-generated code and LLM outputs, collaborate to improve testability and production quality, and champion AI-native testing practices across engineering teams.

Lead Gravitee's brand and creative vision to establish category leadership. Hands-on player-coach responsible for creative direction, concepting, writing, art direction, production, team and agency leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, demand, and commercial impact using AI tools.

Lead technical pre-sales: discover customer needs, deliver tailored demos and POCs, design deployment architectures, engage partners, and support customer success while influencing product and marketing.

Drive initial prospect conversations for Gravitee by qualifying inbound leads, executing automated and personalized outreach across email and LinkedIn, using AI-enabled sales tools, cold calling, and collaborating with GTM, Product, and Sales to convert prospects into qualified meetings and share market insights.

Customer-facing technical role to onboard and deploy Gravitee platform for enterprise customers: design architectures, configure products, implement use cases, troubleshoot integrations, manage escalations, and act as a trusted advisor supporting product and engineering feedback.

Provide hands-on Level 2 technical support for Gravitee customers: investigate and resolve support tickets, prioritize issues across international clients, create knowledge articles, and collaborate to improve processes and tools for API, event, and AI-agent platform deployments.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue across North America by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, coordinating POCs with Sales Engineering, and closing complex deals while maintaining pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.

Hands-on 12-week internship embedded in Operations to identify manual friction points and build AI-powered automations (using n8n, Cursor, LLMs, and Gravitee). Deliver production-ready workflows, AI-assisted prototypes, smart reporting dashboards, and at least one end-to-end automation project with documentation and leadership presentation.

Customer-facing technical role to onboard and implement Gravitee's API and event platform for enterprise customers. Design architectures, configure products, deploy to cloud or on-prem, troubleshoot integrations, manage projects, advocate customer needs with Product and Engineering, and enable adoption and ROI.
