We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for a core area of the Gravitee platform, helping enterprises securely connect, govern, and consume their APIs, events, and AI agents.

Depending on your background, you’ll focus either on how people and agents are trusted and given access, or on how everything we build is published, discovered, and adopted. Either way, you’ll define and own the product roadmap for your area end to end and work closely with an Engineering Manager and their pod, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities in a space that’s evolving fast.

• Define and own the product roadmap for your area end to end, with minimal supervision.

• Work closely with your Engineering Manager and pod through discovery, design, and delivery.

• Run discovery with the people who use and buy our products (developers, platform teams, architects, and security teams) and turn what you learn into clear priorities.

• Prototype new capabilities using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas before committing engineering investment.

• Present product direction directly to customers and prospects, often alongside field teams, and bring Gravitee’s vision to life for them.

• Track adoption and usage metrics for your area and turn them into a clear action plan.

• Stay close to where the market, standards, and user expectations are heading, particularly as AI agents become users of our platform alongside people.

Your impact will be visible, measurable, and felt by every customer building on Gravitee.

• Deep expertise in a specialist area close to our platform, such as security, identity, developer experience, or marketplaces and platform ecosystems.

• Experience with developer-facing products, such as developer tools, portals, documentation platforms, or API management and gateway products.

• Proven track record in B2B software product management, with products shipped for a technical buyer.

• A genuinely technical background, and comfort explaining complex trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders.

• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns, and curiosity about how AI agents are changing the way software is accessed and used.

• Strong customer-facing presentation and communication skills, including running discovery and representing your product to customers.

• Bias towards action, sound decision-making, and a sense of urgency.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, and juggle competing priorities.

• Excitement about shaping new products, building prototypes, and defining roadmaps.

• Comfort in a company with a strong operational mindset: proactivity, communication, and initiative.
