Own forecasting, reporting, systems implementations, Quote-to-Cash automation, payroll globalization, and partner with finance, RevOps, engineering, and data teams to deliver scalable finance operations and board-ready FP&A models.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: run discovery, deliver demos and PoCs, translate customer needs into solutions, support account growth, partner with sales, product and marketing to shape product direction.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA North, own renewals, act as strategic advisor, run customer reviews and roadmap alignment, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Support, and mitigate adoption or renewal risks.
