Own enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through platform launch and long-term adoption. Lead technical deployments, architecture planning, onboarding milestones, success metrics, account health monitoring, quarterly business reviews, and expansion opportunities. Partner with Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve integration issues and communicate customer feedback. Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise architects, security teams, developers, and executives.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold-call outreach. Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, uncover business needs, test messaging and sequences, and schedule meetings. Collaborate with GTM Engineering, Product, and Sales while sharing market insights and building product expertise. The role focuses on B2B SaaS prospecting in a fast-growing API and AI technology environment.

Build and maintain Gravitee’s cloud infrastructure, including production Kubernetes environments supporting API, AI Gateway, and agent management workloads. Investigate customer issues, support technical resolution, develop infrastructure features, improve operational processes, document product use cases, and contribute to AI-driven automation. The role requires hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Docker, cloud platforms, continuous delivery, observability, and certificate management.
