Contribute code initially, then manage sprint planning, delivery tracking, roadmap trade-offs, and architecture decisions. Ship full-stack features (TypeScript front- and back-end), raise engineering craft, grow team capacity through coaching and delegation, and proactively surface risks tied to business goals.

Lead a platform engineering team building integrations with insurers, EHRs, banks and the platform layer (CI/CD, cloud, observability, security). Combine management (planning, prioritization, hiring, risk management) with hands-on backend and infrastructure engineering, shipping code and setting technical direction across integrations and platform services.
