Translate marketing briefs into finished, on-brand deliverables while following healthcare compliance rules. Edit and version performance ads, design mobile-first pages in Figma, build email templates, and maintain reusable brand systems. The role requires fast execution, consistency across formats, and collaboration with marketing and partner teams.

Build Granted’s healthcare partnership and business development function from the ground up. Source and qualify opportunities across brokers, employers, payers, and TPAs; manage complex sales cycles; close pilot and strategic partnership deals; develop GTM narratives and sales materials; create repeatable CRM, outreach, onboarding, and sales operations processes; and represent the company with external partners while working closely with the CEO, marketing, and product teams.

Own complex medical billing and insurance cases end-to-end: verify coverage, correct claims and bills, communicate with providers and payers, document clearly, advocate for users, and help turn case patterns into product and process improvements.
