Support and enhance MEDITECH and related clinical applications across multiple facilities. Provide training, troubleshoot issues, analyze clinical workflows, design and test user-focused solutions, assist with upgrades/implementations, produce reports and documentation, lead projects and quality improvement efforts, and support end users to improve system efficiency and patient care.

Supports revenue cycle by reviewing charges and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance, maintaining the Charge Description Master, coordinating audits, analyzing denials and unclean claims, supporting appeals, and delivering education to improve documentation, charging, and billing processes.
