Advises executives and employees on employee relations, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, recruiting, retention, compliance, and employment practices. Oversees Human Resources, Employee Health, and Medical Staff Credentialing while improving HR services and supporting organizational goals.

Leads clinical informatics operations and analysts while supporting Epic EHR and clinical application configuration, testing, optimization, troubleshooting, and implementation. Partners with clinical leaders to improve workflows, coordinates training and system changes, monitors data integrity and regulatory requirements, and translates operational needs into effective technology solutions.

Lead Grand River Health’s enterprise data function, including data governance, stewardship, architecture, reporting, analytics, and data quality. Create dashboards and reports using Epic tools and Power BI, lead data and reporting projects, and advise healthcare leaders on data infrastructure and organizational performance. The role requires healthcare analytics experience, technical expertise in ETL/ELT and data pipelines, and collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
