Lead identification of operational inefficiencies and design enterprise automation strategies. Architect, implement, and optimize enterprise software, workflows, and collaboration platforms. Manage projects end-to-end, ensure governance, security, and compliance, drive change management and training, evaluate vendors, monitor KPIs, and advise leadership on automation and technology prioritization.

Provide comprehensive inpatient care across ED, ICU, Med/Surg, Cardiology, Step-Down, and PSICU. Manage admissions, rounds, consultations, diagnostics, procedures, medication management, care coordination, stabilization, transfers, and discharge planning in collaboration with attending physicians.

Create and produce print, digital, video, and multimedia marketing materials that support the hospital district's brand and communications. Collaborate with the Marketing Director and internal departments, maintain brand consistency, update website/intranet content, and support community events and recruitment. Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide high-quality design, photography, animation, and video assets. Online portfolio required.
