Supervises project managers, manages timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, product specifications, packaging, quality, and manufacturing coordination. Drives cross-functional collaboration, cost reduction, issue resolution, reporting, process improvement, and SOP development while mentoring team members and ensuring products meet brand, margin, and launch objectives.

Leads GNC’s infrastructure and technology services organization, overseeing cloud, network, data center, end-user computing, hardware, IT service management, and help desk operations. Owns infrastructure strategy, reliability, resilience, security posture, vendor relationships, budgets, and modernization initiatives including AI-ready platforms. Partners with executives, manages distributed retail and corporate environments, and builds a high-performing infrastructure organization focused on service quality, scalability, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Leads GNC’s creative and digital experience strategy across eCommerce, retail, and digital channels. Develops brand narratives, creative systems, and omnichannel campaigns while aligning storytelling with engagement, conversion, and ROI. Oversees internal design, copy, content, and production teams; manages agencies; champions AI and emerging creative technologies; and partners with marketing, analytics, performance, eCommerce, retail, and operations teams to optimize creative execution.

Own and accelerate GNC’s omnichannel subscription business, driving subscriber acquisition, retention, lifetime value, revenue, and margin performance. Lead strategy, roadmap, pricing, unit economics, reporting, forecasting, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, and fulfillment improvements. Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics to optimize digital and in-store experiences. Build operating processes, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and develop the talent needed to scale the subscription program.
