Lead security consulting across IT and applications: drive Secure Development Lifecycle, run source-code analysis (Fortify), perform network and WLAN security assessments, penetration/red-team engagements, firewall policy design, ensure PCI/HIPAA/SOX compliance, and provide security training and threat modeling.

Designs and implements security features and information assurance requirements for servers, workstations, and networks. Analyzes network topology and vulnerabilities, monitors IDS/firewalls and SIEMs, develops documentation and recommendations, supports regulatory reviews, and provides security engineering and integration services to customers.

Lead design, deployment, maintenance, and support of Cisco IP telephony and contact center solutions. Configure and troubleshoot CUCM, CVP, UCCE/UCCX, IVR, CTI, and related infrastructure. Develop call routing scripts, perform client consultations, support sales efforts, produce documentation, and mentor team members. Provide on-call and occasional travel support to meet customer requirements.

Design, deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot Cisco UC/VoIP infrastructures including CUCM, Unity Connection, IM&P, gateways (SIP/H.323/MGCP/PRI), conferencing/telepresence, and related UC services; work with PMs, vendors, and stakeholders to support migrations and service launches.

Install, maintain, secure, and tune servers; perform patching, backups, volume/partition management, and hardware/OS maintenance. Work with Systems Management lead on capacity planning and disaster recovery. Support IIS and business services, SAN storage, VMware virtualization, ASA firewall, Active Directory and Group Policy administration.

Provide Level 1–2 helpdesk support (primarily phone-based) for ~600 users across US and some international sites. Handle 15–20 calls/day: password resets, Outlook/Exchange and Office issues, virus remediation, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting, printer and desktop/laptop support, ticket creation/escalation, occasional desk-side visits, and assist with documentation/training.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Riverbed WAN optimization products (RiOS/Steelhead family). Diagnose network, storage, and OS-level issues using packet captures and tools; work with routing, TCP, VLANs, and WAN technologies; communicate findings to customers.

Develop and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, and SQL. Provide full lifecycle development from architecture and UI to database/back-end development, collaborate with product and project managers, query data stores for analysis, and occasionally provide customer technical support.

Design and validate cloud and data-center storage platforms: produce design specifications, test plans/results, and training materials; lead cross-functional delivery, mentor engineers, and feed operational lessons back into design improvements.
