Manage a portfolio of North American eCommerce clients to drive retention, revenue growth and satisfaction. Build C-level relationships, analyze performance data, recommend strategies, run business reviews, and coordinate cross-functional product and execution improvements.

Manage U.S. tax compliance, planning, and reporting for federal and state income taxes and sales/use tax. Lead preparation of tax returns, ASC 740 accounting, transfer pricing review, audits, policy development, technology improvements, and tax research for U.S. expansion and transactions.

Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports, perform client account reconciliations, act as financial point of contact, lead client meetings and trainings, and monitor and resolve ongoing financial queries and issues across cross-functional teams.

Own early-stage sales activities for the French market: research and qualify prospects, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, run multichannel outreach to book demos, analyse cross-border needs, liaise with BDMs and cross-functional teams, and meet demo and pipeline targets to drive new business growth.

Serve as first point of contact for clients, troubleshoot Global-e integration issues, manage support tickets, reproduce and report bugs, provide technical guidance, and escalate complex problems to development teams.
