Teams at Global-e

Monitors and implements export control and product restriction policies, analyzes compliance data, maintains data quality, supports stakeholders, manages related projects, and identifies or escalates regulatory risks. The role collaborates with classification, product, account management, data configuration, and project management teams to support compliant global commerce.

Manages daily office administration, purchasing, suppliers, facilities coordination, invoices, health and safety, employee onboarding and offboarding, equipment inventory, and workplace events. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and building facilities teams to maintain an organized, compliant, and welcoming office environment. Provides administrative support to employees and management while working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Global-e’s cross-border duties, taxes, reconciliation, reporting, customs data, and compliance products. Translate complex regulatory and financial requirements into scalable platform capabilities, partnering with Engineering, Data, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and external providers. Improve transaction accuracy, auditability, reporting, controls, and operational efficiency across shopper-facing, merchant-facing, and internal systems.
