Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, technically complex projects for major merchants. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions, Integrations, and Product. Maintain merchant product roadmaps, manage feature requests, represent merchant needs internally, resolve escalations and production issues, and ensure delivery through ambiguity and changing priorities.

Lead technical solution discussions with prospective and existing clients, explain platform capabilities, resolve technical objections, recommend integration strategies, and demonstrate or prototype integrations. Serve as the technical focal point during implementation, provide ongoing customer education and support, and relay client feedback to Product and R&D teams. Collaborate across Sales, Project, Product, and R&D teams while staying current on product features and roadmaps.

Manage and grow eCommerce partner relationships across the Nordics, including agencies, marketplaces, payment providers, platforms, and logistics providers. Identify business development opportunities, negotiate agreements, coordinate joint marketing initiatives, monitor partnership KPIs, analyze performance data, and present recommendations. Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams while serving as the primary partner contact.
