Teams at Global Blue

Lead SOX 404b IT testing across ITGCs and automated controls, evaluate control design and effectiveness, document audit workpapers, partner with control owners on remediation, coordinate with external auditors, contribute to SOX scoping and risk assessments, and support ad-hoc IT audits to mature the global internal control framework.

This role involves supporting sales through administrative tasks, CRM management, maintaining customer relationships, and addressing queries. It also requires outbound calling to clients and providing professional customer service.

Support Global Blue by Shift4 rebranding by applying new brand identity across Tax Free Forms and traveller communications. Redesign and adapt multilingual, country-specific forms, ensure regulatory compliance, manage high-volume production requests, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain the Tax Free Form library with consistent, accurate branding.
