Build, standardize and automate reporting (Power BI, MicroStrategy), support Sales Managers with ad hoc and project reporting, prepare stakeholder decks, ensure data consistency, and deliver business-oriented insights to drive strategic decisions and performance improvements.

The Sales Manager will manage Key Accounts in Japan, drive account strategies, achieve retention, oversee a team, and ensure CRM usage. Requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as fluency in Japanese and English.
