Candidates should have loan management experience, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Manage accounting and administration for trusts and funds investing in alternative assets. Responsibilities include investor reporting, financial statements, NAV calculations, reconciliations, management accounts, Singapore tax returns, XBRL filings, onboarding, KYC, capital account statements, fund distributions, waterfall calculations, and client service. The role also supports regulatory filings, stakeholder coordination, and ad hoc accounting activities.

Provide legal support for financing transactions, commercial contracts, regulatory matters, client onboarding, restructurings, and special situations. Draft and negotiate agreements, advise on banking and finance law, monitor regulatory developments including DORA, coordinate external counsel, and improve legal policies and processes. Supports the day-to-day administration of financing transactions and onboarding of new mandates. Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, maintaining transaction records, processing drawdowns and repayments, calculating interest, reconciling payments, monitoring contractual obligations, preparing notices and reports, and coordinating with lenders, borrowers, legal advisors, and internal teams. The analyst also supports portfolio monitoring, data-quality initiatives, and restructuring or special-situation mandates.

Manage operational administration for white-label loan and debt transactions from onboarding through maturity. Responsibilities include processing drawdowns, rollovers, payments, fees, reconciliations, transfers, notices, funds flow, foreign exchange transactions, audit requests, KYC documentation, bank account setup, and client queries. The role requires accuracy, deadline management, strong communication, transaction-documentation knowledge, and risk awareness regarding fraud and money laundering.

Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions where GLAS serves as Facility Agent or Security Trustee. Responsibilities include reviewing loan and security documentation, monitoring covenants, collecting and analyzing financial statements, coordinating amendments and lender votes, managing obligor accessions and KYC documentation, maintaining client relationships, updating transaction systems, and supporting senior team members, client meetings, conferences, and internal projects.

Manage loan transactions throughout their lifecycle, including deal execution, closings, documentation, funding mechanics, portfolio administration, covenant monitoring, amendments, waivers, refinancings, restructurings, and distressed situations. Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, lenders, advisors, banks, sponsors, funds, and law firms while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Maintain strong knowledge of loan documentation and transaction processes and monitor market and regulatory developments.
