Teams at GLAS

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Madrid office: greet visitors, answer phones, relay messages, manage mail, badges and supplies, support the Head of Location and team with onboarding, travel arrangements, AR/AP and expense claims, event/project administration, office processes, business continuity, and liaise with building management.

Lead and manage GLAS's Australian Loans Agency and Trustee business with full P&L responsibility. Oversee Middle Office, DCM and Client Services, drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, manage risk and governance, deliver change initiatives, and represent the business in market and industry forums.

Operational, execution-focused role supporting day-to-day management of performing financing transactions and onboarding new mandates. Maintain and remediate transaction data, support drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, reconciliations, monitoring contractual dates and obligations, prepare client communications and reports, liaise with stakeholders, and assist seniors on restructurings, amendments and waivers. Contribute to process optimisation and data quality initiatives.
