Teams at GLAS

Manage a portfolio of syndicated loan transactions where GLAS serves as Facility Agent or Security Trustee. Responsibilities include reviewing loan and security documentation, monitoring covenants, collecting and analyzing financial statements, coordinating amendments and lender votes, managing obligor accessions and KYC documentation, maintaining client relationships, updating transaction systems, and supporting senior team members, client meetings, conferences, and internal projects.

Manage loan transactions throughout their lifecycle, including deal execution, closings, documentation, funding mechanics, portfolio administration, covenant monitoring, amendments, waivers, refinancings, restructurings, and distressed situations. Serve as the primary contact for borrowers, lenders, advisors, banks, sponsors, funds, and law firms while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Maintain strong knowledge of loan documentation and transaction processes and monitor market and regulatory developments.

Manage accounting and administration for trusts, funds, and SPVs involving alternative assets. Prepare investor reports, financial statements, NAV calculations, reconciliations, management accounts, tax returns, XBRL filings, capital account statements, and fund notices. Support client onboarding, bank account openings, KYC, client service, regulatory filings, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining strong documentation and controls.
