Leads Girard College’s major and leadership gifts program, managing a portfolio of 125–150 prospects and personally cultivating, soliciting, closing, and stewarding gifts of $25,000 or more. Partners with the President, advancement leadership, board members, and volunteers on donor strategies. Oversees annual giving, alumni engagement, donor pipeline development, CRM management, stewardship, and fundraising communications while helping expand the Advancement Office.

Leads Girard College’s institution-wide marketing, communications, branding, public relations, media relations, crisis communications, digital strategy, and content production. Partners with advancement, enrollment, leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors to strengthen institutional visibility and fundraising. Oversees websites, SEO, social media, publications, editorial standards, and community engagement while serving as spokesperson and mentoring students in multimedia production.

Supports a positive, inclusive high school culture by addressing student behavior, social-emotional concerns, and conduct violations. Coordinates restorative practices, behavior plans, family communication, student mentoring, incentive programs, diversity initiatives, and school-wide culture policies. Collaborates with administrators, teachers, counselors, students, and families to reinforce accountability, belonging, academic success, and core values.

Manage Girard College’s $30M+ operating and capital budgets, including forecasting, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, grant compliance, and risk management. Lead annual budgeting and month-end reporting, oversee accounting and billing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide budget training and guidance. Collaborate with school leadership, the Girard Estate finance team, departments, and external stakeholders to support effective financial stewardship.

Maintains college grounds, lawns, landscaping, athletic fields, drainage systems, and outdoor facilities. Operates and maintains mowing, irrigation, snow removal, utility, tractor, and backhoe equipment. Performs planting, pruning, fertilizing, litter and waste removal, snow and ice control, minor equipment repairs, event setup, furniture moves, and seasonal decoration installation. Ensures campus grounds and property remain safe, clean, and functional.

Provide nursing care for students in grades 1-12, manage the health suite during evening shifts, assess and treat acute and chronic conditions, administer medications and vaccines, develop individualized healthcare and emergency plans, maintain confidential medical records, communicate with families and staff, and support immunization compliance and school admissions processes.

Lead and execute the school's technology vision, manage IT infrastructure and vendors, ensure cybersecurity, provide hands-on technical support, integrate technology into curriculum, coach teachers, oversee projects, and foster innovation and continuous improvement across academic and operational departments.
