Provide evidence-based behavioral supports within an MTSS framework across academic and residential settings. Conduct FBAs, develop and monitor behavior support plans, deliver individual and group interventions, coach staff, collect and analyze data, support PBIS, respond to crises, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to improve student social-emotional and behavioral outcomes.

Support classroom instruction for elementary students by providing one-on-one and small-group help in math and reading, prepare materials, assist with classroom management, monitor student progress, communicate with teachers and parents, and perform administrative and supervisory duties (lunch/recess, events, inventory).

Provide nursing care for students in grades 1-12, manage the health suite during evening shifts, assess and treat acute and chronic conditions, administer medications and vaccines, develop individualized healthcare and emergency plans, maintain confidential medical records, communicate with families and staff, and support immunization compliance and school admissions processes.
