Leads Girard College’s major and leadership gifts program, managing a portfolio of 125–150 prospects and personally cultivating, soliciting, closing, and stewarding gifts of $25,000 or more. Partners with the President, advancement leadership, board members, and volunteers on donor strategies. Oversees annual giving, alumni engagement, donor pipeline development, CRM management, stewardship, and fundraising communications while helping expand the Advancement Office.

Leads Girard College’s institution-wide marketing, communications, branding, public relations, media relations, crisis communications, digital strategy, and content production. Partners with advancement, enrollment, leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and donors to strengthen institutional visibility and fundraising. Oversees websites, SEO, social media, publications, editorial standards, and community engagement while serving as spokesperson and mentoring students in multimedia production.

Supports a positive, inclusive high school culture by addressing student behavior, social-emotional concerns, and conduct violations. Coordinates restorative practices, behavior plans, family communication, student mentoring, incentive programs, diversity initiatives, and school-wide culture policies. Collaborates with administrators, teachers, counselors, students, and families to reinforce accountability, belonging, academic success, and core values.
