Implement block- and chip-level physical design using Cadence Innovus from floorplanning through signoff. Drive placement, CTS, routing, power planning, ECOs and timing closure across MCMM scenarios. Perform STA with PrimeTime/PrimeClosure and physical signoff using Calibre, ICV, Voltus, RedHawk. Develop automation scripts (TCL, Python, Perl, Shell), debug congestion/DRC/LVS/IR-drop/EM issues, collaborate across teams, and for senior hires provide technical leadership and mentorship to achieve tape-out.

Administer and support the Oracle Hyperion EPM stack (Essbase, Planning, FDQM/FDMEE, HFM). Perform environment operations (upgrades, backups, DR, capacity, patching, security), manage user access and data loads from EBS, create reports, support month-end close, deploy and tune environments, maintain documentation, and coordinate backups and disaster recovery.

Design and develop high-performance networking software focusing on low-level Windows networking, Winsock, and Precision Time Protocol, while optimizing network traffic and system performance.
