Provide day-to-day office operations and administrative support for a ~300-person SaaS company: manage workspace and supplies, coordinate travel, support Board Members (calendars, meetings, expenses), handle correspondence and simple financial paperwork, work with vendors, and help organize events and internal initiatives.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for contact management within the Core Platform. Translate business and technical requirements into prioritized product initiatives, collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders, ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability, and make data-informed decisions to deliver backend platform capabilities supporting multiple product areas.

Manage purchase invoices, payroll postings and reconciliations, employee travel settlements, fixed asset records and depreciation, monthly and year-end close activities, supplier/customer clearing, and provide accounting backup support.

Lead SEO and AI search initiatives end-to-end: improve technical SEO (site structure, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data), increase visibility across search and LLM-driven surfaces, run experiments and reporting, build AI-powered workflows for content and automation, collaborate with product/content/analytics, and create data-driven content to drive measurable organic growth.

Provide first- and second-line technical support: troubleshoot hardware and software, manage IT hardware and SaaS licenses, administer MDM (Jamf Pro, Intune), assist onboarding by configuring IT resources, collaborate across teams, and continuously learn industry best practices.
