Own growth initiatives that improve website acquisition and conversion. Develop and optimize customer journeys, acquisition campaigns, messaging, content, CRO experiments, and activation initiatives. Use customer research, behavioral insights, quantitative data, and AI to identify opportunities, execute hypotheses, measure results, and iterate. Collaborate with PPC, Design, Sales, Analytics, and Product teams while maintaining ownership of cross-functional initiatives.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for contact management within the Core Platform. Translate business and technical requirements into prioritized product initiatives, collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders, ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability, and make data-informed decisions to deliver backend platform capabilities supporting multiple product areas.

Leads up to three software development teams and 18 direct reports, overseeing team performance, delivery, engineering processes, hiring, budgets, communication, and continuous improvement. Manages employee development through feedback, career planning, coaching, evaluations, and compensation processes. Partners with Product Managers and other Engineering Managers, contributes to IT strategy, supports knowledge sharing, and provides technical guidance without active coding responsibilities.
