The Senior Business Development Executive will manage the entire sales cycle in B2B SaaS, focusing on complex deals and pipeline ownership within mid-market and enterprise environments.

Provide first- and second-line technical support: troubleshoot hardware and software, manage IT hardware and SaaS licenses, administer MDM (Jamf Pro, Intune), assist onboarding by configuring IT resources, collaborate across teams, and continuously learn industry best practices.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for contact management within the Core Platform. Translate business and technical requirements into prioritized product initiatives, collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders, ensure platform performance, scalability, and reliability, and make data-informed decisions to deliver backend platform capabilities supporting multiple product areas.
