Leads the Americas IT organization, technology roadmap, software development lifecycle, modernization of legacy and cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, architecture, security governance, reliability, budgets, vendors, and engineering teams. Oversees systems supporting logistics operations, including WMS, TMS, billing, customer portals, and 24/7 operational infrastructure. Drives cloud migration, DevOps maturity, AI/ML adoption, organizational development, and delivery of resilient, secure technology solutions.

Leads large, complex logistics and transportation projects, including new-client startups, business extensions, and internal improvements. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource and risk management, stakeholder communication, change control, proposal support, and mentoring project managers. The role manages multiple cross-functional teams and projects while meeting schedule, quality, and financial objectives. Travel of up to 40% is required.

Directs warehouse, distribution, inventory, and account operations across assigned facilities. Oversees managers, budgets, P&L, KPIs, staffing, customer relationships, process improvement, ISO compliance, safety, and profitability. Develops resource plans, communicates best practices, supports sales and marketing efforts, and ensures operational goals are met. Prepares binding ruling requests, supports audits and special projects, attends client meetings, presents findings, delegates tasks, and monitors work. Requires strong knowledge of brokerage operations and customs regulations, leadership ability, client communication skills, and relevant professional certifications.

Manages application support staff and oversees support, security, integrations, upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and user assistance for labor management and productivity reporting platforms. Owns productivity program initiatives, coordinates data warehouse structures, documents technical processes, develops business requirements, oversees testing, and leads system integrations. Requires substantial experience with labor management systems, SQL-based data extraction, dashboards, distribution or fulfillment operations, and technical process implementation.
