Maintain pricing tools, profitability models, and pricing sheets; issue and track quotes; analyze pricing performance and present recommendations; manage pricing projects and day-to-day pricing across product categories; collaborate cross-functionally to implement pricing changes and ensure sold business is set up correctly.

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, inventory control, scheduling, labor/payroll management, training, performance management, safety compliance, process improvement, and reporting to ensure efficient distribution center operations.

Lead systems operations projects: gather and document business requirements, develop and configure system specifications, define project scope and test plans, and create process improvements to enhance system functionality.

Lead regional compliance and quality programs across GEODIS sites. Conduct and support regulatory and customer audits, investigate incidents, mentor quality staff, develop quality metrics, and ensure ISO/FDA quality system adherence.

Identify and close new business in assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, and customer engagement. Coordinate with operations to negotiate contracts, support account maintenance, resolve customer issues, and attend performance reviews. May perform special projects and travel up to 10%.

Manage day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, investigations, leave administration, unemployment claims, recruiting for non-exempt roles, supervisory training, and advising managers on legal and policy matters.

Lead operational account management for key customers: run business reviews, resolve escalations, implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, drive process and yield improvements, and coordinate IT onboarding and reporting.

Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, travel booking, preparing presentations and communications, managing contracts and board packages, expense reporting, office supplies and meeting coordination, receptionist backup, and general administrative tasks.

Support continuous improvement and engineering projects for warehouse operations: perform data analyses, develop layouts and material handling designs, generate AutoCAD-ready designs, create capacity and labor models, assist WMS slotting/configuration, manage vendor installations, and participate in Kaizen events to improve efficiency.

Lead cross-functional teams to develop profitable contract logistics solutions, including facility and operations design, material handling and WMS design, financial and sensitivity modeling, and client presentations to secure commitments. Own solution deliverables, benchmarking, and executive governance paperwork.

Lead conceptual and detailed design of distribution and fulfillment facilities: analyze client data, develop material handling specs, produce engineered AutoCAD layouts, perform slotting/pick path analyses, prepare WMS configuration and slotting files, manage vendors through installation and commissioning, and support RFPs and implementation.

The IT Analyst - Imp II will collect business requirements, develop system specifications, and support applications for seamless integration.
