Coordinates ocean export shipments from order receipt through documentation, carrier arrangements, regulatory compliance, customer communication, and organized file maintenance. Prepares commercial invoices, export declarations, certificates of origin, and letters of credit, while maintaining customer-specific procedures and supporting service quality. Provides clerical assistance and liaises with vendors, government agencies, customers, and internal service teams.

Leads final-mile delivery and distribution center operations, including fleet maintenance, warehouse performance, staffing, training, customer escalation resolution, safety, compliance, budgeting, and P&L management. Tracks delivery and productivity KPIs, coordinates warehouse activities with customer service and sales, ensures equipment and facility readiness, and drives operational excellence across local and regional big-and-bulky delivery networks.

Leads daily final-mile warehouse and delivery operations, including fleet maintenance, staffing, training, safety, customer issue resolution, KPI performance, budgeting, and P&L management. Coordinates warehouse activities with customer service, sales, engineering, and customers. Directs air import and export operations for a logistics station, overseeing productivity, account setup, client onboarding, employee management, compliance, reporting, technology, and problem resolution. Maintains customer relationships, addresses accounting discrepancies, trains staff, supports other stations, and ensures adherence to international air freight procedures, customs regulations, security requirements, and trade rules.

Leads global and North American business development for Military and Defense logistics. Builds customer and regional relationships, develops growth strategies, manages budgets and opportunities, leads major proposals and RFI/RFQ responses, and directs a team focused on expanding the defense portfolio. Requires proven business development success, deep industry contacts, strong operational knowledge, and at least 10 years of freight forwarding experience.

Supports GEODIS Americas’ external communications program through executive thought-leadership content, LinkedIn management, media relations, PR agency coordination, press releases, website and blog content, and performance reporting. The role maintains editorial calendars, coordinates content and media projects, ensures brand consistency, supports executive communications, and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Business Development. It requires strong writing, editing, organization, discretion, and project coordination skills.
