Manage full-cycle recruiting and document verification for independent contractor CDL and non-CDL drivers. Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, verify paperwork, maintain tracking and job board, communicate with operations leaders and agencies, advertise roles, and ensure compliance with contractor regulations.

Oversees HR functions including compliance with legal reporting, recruiting and onboarding, benefits and salary administration, performance management, employee relations, training managers, recordkeeping, investigations, wage surveys, and exit interviews.

Lead implementation and support of vendor-supplied Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). Manage vendor relationships, define integrations with WMS/labor systems, lead commissioning and testing, troubleshoot outages, perform gap analysis and risk mitigation, provide WCS updates to leadership, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
