Maintains customer relationships, addresses accounting discrepancies, trains staff, supports other stations, and ensures adherence to international air freight procedures, customs regulations, security requirements, and trade rules.

Maintain pricing tools, profitability models, and pricing sheets; issue and track quotes; analyze pricing performance and present recommendations; manage pricing projects and day-to-day pricing across product categories; collaborate cross-functionally to implement pricing changes and ensure sold business is set up correctly.

Leads global and North American business development for Military and Defense logistics. Builds customer and regional relationships, develops growth strategies, manages budgets and opportunities, leads major proposals and RFI/RFQ responses, and directs a team focused on expanding the defense portfolio. Requires proven business development success, deep industry contacts, strong operational knowledge, and at least 10 years of freight forwarding experience.

Classifies products under the Canadian Customs Tariff, interprets trade regulations and rulings, determines government agency requirements, audits product lines, advises clients on duty-minimization strategies, maintains classification records, prepares customs reports, and delivers compliance training. The role requires customs brokerage or import experience, strong knowledge of Canadian customs rules, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, travel booking, preparing presentations and communications, managing contracts and board packages, expense reporting, office supplies and meeting coordination, receptionist backup, and general administrative tasks.

Supports GEODIS Americas’ external communications program through executive thought-leadership content, LinkedIn management, media relations, PR agency coordination, press releases, website and blog content, and performance reporting. The role maintains editorial calendars, coordinates content and media projects, ensures brand consistency, supports executive communications, and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Business Development. It requires strong writing, editing, organization, discretion, and project coordination skills.

Support seasonal, high-volume full-cycle recruiting for warehouse/field operations: source candidates, post roles, screen applicants, coordinate hiring events and onboarding, manage background checks, orientation, access cards, attendance tracking, and liaise with HR, hiring managers, and third-party agencies.

Supervises warehouse training operations across Canada by developing training plans, programs, materials, and effectiveness metrics. Monitors scheduled training, evaluates outcomes, prepares management reports, and recommends improvements. Conducts equipment and safety training for warehouse personnel and supervises employees, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and issue resolution.

Serves as the customer service liaison for air export operations, processing shipping documents and information requests in CargoWise. Coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, service providers, and overseas offices; maintains shipment files; supports freight movement by air and truck; and ensures compliance with TSA and government regulations.

Support and configure networkwide applications, collect business requirements from clients, develop system specifications, deploy and maintain applications, and analyze data to recommend process and system improvements.

Manage daily final-mile warehouse operations, maintain facility and equipment, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, meet KPIs and budget/P&L targets, staff hiring/training/coaching, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive operational excellence using warehouse and labor management systems.

Oversees supervisors and hourly employees, resolves operational issues, maintains warehouse systems and layouts, and ensures compliance with CTPAT, ISO, AIB, and applicable food-safety requirements.

Maintain and configure HRIS systems (UKG Pro, UKG WFM), manage system security and workflows, support integrations, develop reports/dashboards with Cognos, assist local admins, perform testing, upgrades, off-hours maintenance, and troubleshoot HR data processes.

Lead strategic client relationships for retention, expansion, and satisfaction in a 3PL environment. Drive account performance, manage escalations, host quarterly business reviews, negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, identify cross-sell opportunities, develop account plans, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and product to deliver customized solutions and ensure KPI compliance.
